Workshops
Learn how to read your personal Astrology Birth Chart. Leave knowing more about yourself and the deeper workings of your birth chart. Your Zodiac sun sign is just one piece of the whole puzzle that is you. Learn how to put that puzzle together and read it. You will receive lots of materials to take home to integrate and dive in deeper after the weekend is over. We will also gift you a Birth Chart related gift as a keep's sake and tool to use.
Birth Chart Workshop
A retreat just wouldn’t be complete without a Guided Sound Bath meditation, to calm our nervous system and sink us into all the beautiful personal development work we do. Since both Michele and Amanda are Sound Healers you get double the magical experience.
Sound Bath Meditation
Learn all about what sacred geometry is and how to work with it. We will also be doing a special creative project using sacred geometry.
Sacred Geometry Workshop
In your Birth Chart there are Elements associated with each Zodiac Sign. Depending on what planets are in what signs determines what elements show up more dominant in your energy. With this workshop we will be working on ways to balance your personal elements.
Elemental work is profoundly connected work and helps to balance your whole being and tap you into our planet’s energy and teachings.

Birth Chart Sun Cater Craft
Custom make your own Birth Chart Sun Catcher. We will provide all the supplies but feel free to bring any supplies you may have that you would want to add to your sun catcher. We are so excited about this craft project! Do not be intimidated we will be there to help and walk you through the process.

Your Retreat Facilitator: Michele Buehl
Michele is the owner and operator of Sound Intuition Wellness Center in Pittsburgh PA. She has been a healer since 2010. Michele is a licensed massage therapist, a medical massage practitioner, a meditation and sound healing facilitator, a reiki and energy practitioner and facilitator of a monthly moon circle for women of all ages. She has hosted dozens of workshops and events over the years and is now beginning to host healing retreats. Michele has a great passion for what she does and truly believes we all have healing and magic within us and that all the answers to all of lifes questions lie inside of us just waiting for us to hear them.
Michele has traveled to Mexico, Costa Rica and other sacred places to partake in teachings and ceremony. She has spent time with indigenous people learning their native ways and teachings so that she can bring the magic and healing of nature and spiritual connection to her friends, family and clients.

Amanda Smith is first-generation Egyptian American sound healer, artist and teacher.
Surrounded by music since childhood- from piano lessons at seven to a family legacy in pipe organ restoration, Amanda has always believed in the transformative power of sound. After using sound healing to navigate life and motherhood, she now dedicates her work to help others find calm and clarity through sound bowls, meditation, and spiritual ritual. Blending old-world magic with natural Appalachian remedies, Amanda is passionate about guiding others towards peace and the capacity to hold tension of this world
