Ornament Exchange Tea Party
Saturday December 9th at 4:00pm-6:30pm
$10 donation to the space provided
This beautiful tradition was started by a late friend of mine, in her honor I plan to host this party every holiday season for us to gather in joy and laughter and keep this tradition and her memory alive. Bring a wrapped ornament that you made or purchased or no longer want. It can be a beautiful one, a funny one, anything goes. You can also bring some cookies to add to the mix and I will have bags for you to take some home as well. We will sit and drink tea with fancy tea cups, laugh and talk and then do the ornament exchange, which is very similar to a white elephant.

Stretch & Flow Class

This Class is for all levels but especially for those who want to learn some Healing Stretches and YOGA Postures. This class also incorporates light aerobics and Flow workouts and dancing with colorful ribbons that make this class not even feel like a workout!
Many of us do yoga at home and want to join a class but feel uncomfortable or intimidated to, if this sounds like you then come join us! We provide a comfortable, safe, non- judgmental environment for all ages and all levels of practice.
Instructor Michele, has been doing yoga since she was 15 and has been dancing her whole life in a flow state all her own. Come find your graceful, fun, energetic flow state that makes you unique and join in this combination of stretch and cardio that suits all levels of fitness and experience!
Sound Bath Meditation

Sound healing is for everyone, for all ages. If you are someone who wants to meditate but find it hard, or want to try different forms of meditation then this will be a wonderful meditation experience. The vibrations and tones of the Crystal Bowls are attuned to different musical notes which correlate to each Chakra- which are the 7 energy systems of the body. In these meditations Michele uses 7 Crystal Bowls, bells, shakers and gongs as well as her soothing voice to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and body/mind connection. Restorative Yoga Massage Class
Usually Offered Once a Month
$65 a person for a 90minuet session
This is a Public Class but there is only 5 spots available per class
so you must pre-register and pre-pay to attend
Restorative yoga poses with massage elements. In this 60-90min session you are propped with pillows, blankets and bolsters into supported yoga positions. while you relax into the pose you are gently stretched and massaged to help relieve muscle soreness, range of motion and flexibility.

This class is offered virtually in packages of 3 classes, with a total of 9 classes. Since these are pre-recorded virtual classes you can take them at your own pace and watch them as many times as you need to and have them for as long as you like to refer back to.
